Controls engineering and design is an integral part of every automated and robotic blast machine Guyson builds. It is not only a matter of synchronizing the functions of the mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and electronic elements of the system as a whole, but keeping safety foremost, making the machine easy to use and enabling seamless access to process control data.
As a Rockwell Machine Builder, Guyson uses Allen-Bradley as our standard programmable automation controllers (PAC), but when specified, we commonly build the control system on other platforms by GE, Siemens and Mitsubishi. We customize the features and the functionality of the controls for each system based on the requirements and preferences of the individual customer.
