When the total surface area to be robotically blasted is large, and the available time for processing is short, Guyson can custom-engineer a system in which multiple robots work simultaneously in the same cabinet. In this example, designed for shot blasting automotive chassis weldments, three nozzle-manipulating robots are mounted on pedestals at the rear and sides of a robot-loaded indexing table machine with two servomotor-driven satellite tables.
