Up to 4 suction-blast guns or 2 pressure-blast nozzles are positioned to cover the gently tumbling batch of components in the 30 inch diameter and 15 inch deep basket of the T-50. The rotation speed of the basket is adjustable, to optimize tumbling action for different parts. The working load capacity of the T-50 is approximately 1 cubic foot or 75 pounds of components. The machine has 40” x 50” footprint.

At the end of the timed blast cycle, the basket continues to rotate during the automatic airwash blow-off cycle to remove media and dust from the parts. Guyson exclusively offers the option of front discharge chute to make it fast and easy to empty components from the basket. We offer a variety of basket perforation sizes, coated baskets and a mini-basket for smaller batches or smaller parts.
