An expanded version of our 2-spindle indexing blast design accepts larger components. The component is loaded onto a fixture at the front of the machine, then the table indexes 180-degrees to rotate the part at adjustable speed during blasting by up to 6 suction-blast guns or multiple pressure-blast nozzles. Automatic air wash blow-off follows blasting. The blast guns may be bracketed in fixed position to target particular features of the component, or they may be mounted on an oxcillator or a linear actuator to obtain coverage with fewer guns.
