An expanded version of our 4-spindle indexer has larger door openings to handle bigger components. At the single blast station, the fixtured part rotates at adjustable speed, while it is exposed to the blast from up to 8 suction-blast guns or more than one pressure nozzle. Oscilllating, linear or robotic gun motion enables coverage of more surfaces with fewer nozzles, or guns can be bracketed in fixed position to target particular component features. This model also has a separate air wash blow-off chamber.
