The robotic version of our 4-spindle indexing blast machine typically has one or two blast guns or a pressure-blast nozzle mounted on a 6-axis robotic nozzle manipulator. Spindle rotation speed is adjustable. The ability to precisely control the blast angle, stand-off distance and surface speed enables thorough coverage and more consistent finishing with a minimum number of blast nozzles, translating into lower energy requirements for compressed air.
