The blast system includes V-block fixtures center hollow shaft on one stationary pressure nozzle then slide actuator engages second nozzle at opposite end.
Multi-screen filter recycles media of the proper size, while removing larger and smaller elements from the system.
This fully automated system features include vibrating screen media classifier magnetic particle separator, media level sensors to signal automatic media replenishment, anti-static mist injection system, pneumatically accuated sliding load door with safety light curtain and customized touch-screen operator interface.
