A Federal Firearms License (FFL) may not sound like a requirement for a blast machine designer and builder, but Guyson Corporation has maintained one for many years. In addition, Guyson holds a current New York State Gunsmith/Firearm Dealer License.
Numerous gun manufactures that do extensive blasting require vendors to have their FFL on file. As our firearm industry customers know, compliance with such regulations is a fact-of-life for companies in such a regulated industry.
Oftentimes, the firearm components are sent to our Saratoga Springs factory for laboratory testing or Factory Acceptance Tests. Guyson follows a stringent set of procedures including special handling in our Shipping and Receiving Department, secure storage of restricted components, careful record-keeping and a culture of confidentiality regarding customer IP, manufacturing processes and their proprietary methods. Most importantly real production parts can be sent in for testing instead of 3-D print version this ensures the most accurate test possible.
