Guyson’s model RB-600 is a very simple and user friendly robotic grit blast machine that is priced around making robotics affordable for the first time buyer . This machine incorporates a Fanuc LR MATE with protective Hypalon suit , a manual transfer cart with media catch hopper and a timing belt driven table .
The robot is roof mounted to a torsion tube which provides good access to all part surfaces while also maintaining ” line -of-sight”teach pendant programming . Media is delivered by a pressure system and its quality is maintained with a Guyson 75/12 (standard) design cyclone , screen classification and a magnetic separator .
The Control System consists of an Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC and Panelview Plus HMI, with Ethernet-based communications to the Fanuc R30iMate Robot Controller and Festo CPX-based Remote I/O block for Reclaim Control.
The Safety System relies on Allen Bradley Guardmaster Safety Relays and Zero-Force Palm Buttons for monitoring and controlling the E-Stop, Access Door, and Vertical Load Door.
