Your HMI is engineered to serve multiple purposes. It is home to all the controls necessary for everyday operation of the blast system, organized to be intuitive and simple to use. It graphically displays data about current settings and real-time performance of monitored functions. It provides access for authorized persons to change settings and programs or enter data for processing a new component. It may also be designed to display alerts, prompts or instructions to assist the operator in correcting out-of-limit fault conditions, such as low air supply pressure, or performing ordinary maintenance activities, such as adding blast media or emptying a dust or scrap drum.
