The special niche of this model is high-speed, continuous, selective blasting of small components that must be processed individually. Parts are grasped and conveyed by twin opposed urethane rubber belts, passing through the blast from up to 16 pre-positioned suction-blast guns. Spacing of the belts and conveying speed are adjustable. High speed automated loading of parts is normally fed by a vibratory bowl feeder.
