Originally developed for at-the-press deflashing of electronic components, in this model components are conveyed from the load/unload station into the blast chamber, exposed to controlled blast from up to 12 pre-positioned guns, airwashed to remove residual media and dust, then conveyed back to the loading station. Oscillating, linear or robotic motion of the blast guns yields more complete coverage and saves air.
