The twin turntables of this design allow unloading and loading of components to be accomplished during the robotic blasting cycle. Our 80 × 80 × 80-inch blast chamber accommodates a 72-inch-diameter table. The most common arrangement is to mount the servomotor-driven turntables on a shuttle transfer cart with integral doors on the cart, but a twin cart concept with double doors is also available. The robotic nozzle manipulator is typically located in a vestibule at the rear of the blast cabinet or fully inside the blasting enclosure.
