Starting with a 6 × 6 × 6-foot blast chamber and an adjustable-speed turntable up to 64 inches in diameter, this automated blast machine model is usually provided with pressure-blast media delivery by multiple nozzles. It can be built as a suction-blast machine. It is common for the blast nozzles to be mounted on horizontal and vertical linear actuators or on a gantry-type multi-axis manipulator. In addition to a track extension and powered transfer cart, we offer a twin turntable shuttle cart that allows loading and unloading during the blast cycle.
