In this machine type, fixtured components are exposed to the blast from up to 16 suction-blast guns or multiple pressure nozzles at up to 4 blasting stations during the timed automatic blast cycle. Six or 12 part-holding fixtures are located around the perimeter of the 60-degree or 30-degree indexing turntable. Linear, oscillating or robotic motion of the blast guns reduces compressed air use, but nozzles my be bracketed in fixed position to target specific component features.
