This 50 × 64-inch machine has a single blast station with up to 8 suction-blast guns or one or more pressure-blast nozzles. Four component-holding fixtures are located around the perimeter of a 90-degree indexing table that is 36 inches in diameter. The blast guns may have linear, oscillating or robotic motion, or they may be bracketed in fixed position to target specific features of the part. The RX-800 has a separate air wash blow-off station, and its precision indexer is compatible with an automated or robotic loader.
