Four spindles are equally spaced around the perimeter of this model’s 36-inch diameter, 90-degree indexing table. At the single blast station, the fixtured component is rotated at controlled speed as it is blasted by up to 8 suction blast guns or multiple pressure-blast nozzles during the timed blast cycle. The RXS-800 has a separate air wash blow-off chamber. The blast guns may be pre-set in fixed position, or they can be mounted on an oscillator or a linear actuator for programmable coverage of various-sized parts.
