As a result of Guyson’s extensive work in automation of production blast processes and our deep involvement with precision blasting applications that require a higher level of control to meet exact surface engineering requirements, Guyson has developed numerous optional reclaim features and specialized adaptations of the media delivery and reclamation systems. Based on your requirements, Guyson engineers configure the media reclamation and delivery system to include only those capabilites that are necessary to support your process specifications and validation or compliance concerns.

Enhancements to the media reclamation and delivery system include the following:

• Screen classifier to control media sizing by sieving 100% before it is recirculated to media delivery
• Automatic media adder to top-up the media supply before your blast process is affected
• Features to remove ferrous contaminants from the media reclaim system
• Cast urethane ducting to resist abrasion by harsh grit media
• Bucket elevator reclaimer for media that is not suitable for pneumatic conveying and cyclone separation
• Multiple media reclamation systems that separate and deliver two or more media
