Our mid-size 150/16 cyclone reclaimer has sufficient separation capacity for large pressure-blast manual cabinets and multiple-gun automated suction blast systems with a moderate number of large-bore suction-blast guns. It is ruggedly fabricated from 1/8-inch thick continuously welded steel plate and is mounted in a rigidly welded 42-inch x 42-inch angle iron frame. In a typical suction-blast installation the 150/16 cyclone has a height of 114 inches, while in a typical pressure-blast installation, the cyclone stack-up with a large pressure vessel has an overall height of 144 inches and a 48 × 48-inch footprint.

The powered version of the 150/16 cyclone separator has a 1.5 HP TEFC AC motor driving a 12-inch diameter impeller to extract up to 750 cubic feet of air per minute from the bottom of the blast enclosure. This strong and adjustable air flow is capable of pneumatically conveying media, dust and fines up to the inlet of the 16-inch diameter cyclone body.

For use with aggressive blast media, the Model 150/16 is available with an abrasion-resistant urethane rubber lining of the inlet elbow and the entire cyclone body and reclaimer cone. A number of reclaim system options are available to adapt the 150/16 for special application requirements.
