The Guyson D500 is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. by cabinet blasting specialists to out-perform generic cartridge or bag-house collectors and meet the demanding requirements of blast process dust collection. In the standard D500, pulse jet cleaning takes place when the operator pushes a button on the front of the dust collector, releasing a brief and measured burst of compressed air to back-flush the filter and remove dust all around and from top to bottom. Automatic pulsing is optionally available to ensure continuous operation.

Our extended height model D500 (overall height, 104.5 inches) offers the increased capacity and convenience of a 20 gallon roll-away drum to contain extracted dust. Both versions of the D500 are available with an optional HEPA filter to meet the most stringent particulate emissions standards.
