The 402T AR-Max 2T is specifically designed for the firearms industry. The stretched cabinet design makes it ideal for blasting longer parts like Gun Barrels and Hand Guards.

Like the Standard 402T there are two motors but we upgraded them to 5 HP each and added a variable speed drive. The AR-Max 2T also includes 3 satellite tables to that enables this machine to produce up to 400 parts per hour.

Although it is capable of using multiple types of metal media, we have created a special blend that, along with the variable speed motors, enables this machine to create a prep finish that is perfect for Cerekote® , anodize finishes or any other type of finish.

The AR-Max 2T has an advanced reclamation system that includes our fine-tunable cascade airwash separator, plus a cyclone separator. The 402T AR-Max 2T is supplied with a freestanding Guyson cartridge-type dust collector.
