In this robotically automated cell, two single spindle automatic blast systems treat tall precision components with two different blast media. The attendant is freed to perform other duties for approximately 30 minutes after filling the 180-degree indexing load carousel with parts. The Fanuc M-710iC robot efficiently moves each part through the two blast processes, then places it on the unload carousel.
