RB-6 Dual Chamber Robotic Blast System
Designed for single-piece-flow processing, the Model RB-6 has a component-handling robot located in an antechamber between the front loading station and rear blasting enclosure. Using a custom-designed gripper, the robot grasps the part, then manipulates it under a single blast gun or pressure-blast nozzle, constantly maintaining the correct angle, stand-off distance and surface speed.
