Guyson has fully redesigned the AR Max 2T airless Wheelblast system for the firearms industry. This machine is more flexible, has more capacity and can produce more work in a shorter time period than the old 402T.
We have included several redesigned accessories that make this machine a power house for the firearms industry. Variable Speed, 5 horse Power Motors Enable the AR Max 2T to hit Milspec 8625 for anodizing, Milspec for Cerekote, and parkerizing – At the lowest cost per part for any blast system.

Guyson has redesigned the revolver spinner Hanger for more effective tall part blasting.
This newly redesigned kit is more flexible and customizable for your product. Guyson engineers have improved loading and unloading times, and increased stability while spinning. Satellite tables are brought over from the 2020 upgrade of the 401T AR Max. These tables include custom designed fixtures that allow you to load more product and hold them tight during the blasting process.
The heavy duty blast table uses an 800 Series Grove Gear drive box for rotation. This workhorse has a torque range of 200 to 10,000 ft pounds capable of absorbing the Shocks that loading and unloading large volumes of parts can cause .
The combination of our proprietary blended metal bead media and the the built in reclaim system enables this machine to create a variety of specific finishes and remove all dust and particle breakdown. The user can continually monitor the blasting process through the Allen Bradley human interface Touchscreen giving this machine unprecedented consistency for long periods of time.
Like all our wheel blast systems the AR Max 2T is an all in one machine. The reclaim system, cyclone, and dust collector are all Included. Our media blow off is redesigned for the larger cabinet and more part holding capability.
