What is a rotary indexing spindle system, and why do you need one?
A rotating spindle system means that a product is placed on a spindle, the spindle sits on a wheel and travels through a blast chamber and stops in front of a blasting gun. There are many options on how many parts sit on a spindle, and how many guns point at the product(s). The blast chamber can also be configured to do multiple functions like clean, blast and blow off.
Guyson Corporation offers a full line of rotary spindle blast cabinets, which include the RXS 200, 400, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 and 1400 blast systems.
All of our RXS machines are high production machines, within their price range, that can take your surface prep, shot peen, cosmetic finish or deburring of parts to high production levels.
These systems are flexible, and can be customized to fit every manufacturers needs. Multiple types of media can be used with this type of system to get the exact finish that you are looking to achieve.
